The Borough of Sebastopol was a local government area about 4 kilometres south of the regional city of Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. The borough covered an area of 7.61 square kilometres, and existed from 1864 until 1994.

Sevastopol was registered as a district on 1 Oct 1864. May 6, 1994, near Sevastopol was cancelled and, together with the city of Ballaarat, Shire of Ballarat and parts of the County from the bungaree, Buninyong, Grenville and Ripon, was merged into the newly created city of Ballarat.
