Qilihe District is one of 5 districts of the prefecture-level city of Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province, Northwest China. It is one of 17 administrative districts of Gansu.

Qilihe district is located entirely on the South Bank of the Yellow river, and includes part of the Lanzhous the main city square, which extends for tens of kilometers along the river. In the East it is bordered by the Chengguan district that includes the downtown Lanzhou, in the West, the whitefish area. This area also includes some sparsely populated arid highlands South of the river, stretching for several tens of kilometers to the border of Prefecture-level city of dingxi.
