Xylophanes jamaicensis is a moth of the family Sphingidae. It is known from Jamaica.

It is similar to Xylophanes porcus the but forewings shorter and broader, tornus, and even external field to dig below the summit.

The larvae probably feed on Rubiaceae and Malvaceae species.
