A special election was held in South Carolinas 6th congressional district June 1–2, 1807 to fill a vacancy left by the death of Levi Casey on February 3, 1807.

Casey was elected for a third term to the 10th of the U.S. Congress in the elections of 1806. His death left a vacancy for the remainder of the 9th Congress, which remained unfilled and for the 10 th Congress.
