Ando is a rural hamlet with a very small population in the Snowy Monaro Regional Council in southern New South Wales, Australia. The village is at the junction of the Monaro Highway and Snowy River Way, about 20 km north of Bombala. The surrounding area is predominantly agricultural land holdings.

Ando was first settled about 1862 and Ghikas boulgaris known locally as Jigger Bulgaria, Greece convict who was transported to NSW after the capture of trying to Rob a British merchant ship in the Mediterranean sea. Bulgari, the first Greek migrants to Australia and took land in Bibbenluke property and called him Ando.

School opened in the village in 1913, but closed in 2011 when students dropped to 6 students. The village also serves rural firefighters and a common room. Railway station in Jincumbilly, a few kilometers to the West served as Ando and the surrounding pastoral areas from 1921 to 1975.
