Markham - Stouffville is a provincial electoral district in Ontario. It encompasses a portion of Ontario formerly included in the electoral districts of Markham - Unionville and Oak Ridges - Markham.

The boundaries of the provincial riding of Markham - Stouffville identical to the new Federal riding of Markham - Stouffville created by the 2012 Federal redistribution of electoral boundaries. Provincial redistribution came into effect after the call of the 42nd provincial election Ontario June 2018.

In the new riding map consists of part of the regional municipality of York: the city of Kelowna, and the town of Markham lying East of a line described as follows: begins at the intersection of the Northern boundary of the Markham highway 48, then South along highway 48 to 16th Avenue, then West to Mccowan road, then South to highway 407 then East along highway 407 to the Rouge river, then generally South-East along the Rouge river in the South limit of Markham. In the districts the population is estimated at 109.780.
