Mount Canobolas, a mountain on a spur of the Great Dividing Range, is located in the Central Tablelands region of New South Wales, Australia.

From the height of 1.390 m 4.560 m above sea level, Mount Canobolas, an extinct volcano, the highest mountain in the region. Located 13 km 8.1 miles southwest of the town of orange, which is about 250 kilometers 155 miles West of Sydney.

On the Northern slope of the mountain, with fertile volcanic soil, a popular cold-climate wine producing area.
