Utilitiesman is a United States Navy occupational rating.

Utilitiesmen to plan, monitor and execute tasks related to installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, steam, compressed air, fuel storage and distribution systems water treatment and distribution systems, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, systems in the manner prescribed by drawings and specifications, planning and assessment of installation and operational objectives, preparation of materials and reports, maintain individual combat readiness and perform tasks required in combat and disaster preparedness and elimination.

On the Master chief petty officer, utilitiesman merges with the assessment of the electrician to become a master chief utilitiesman UCCM.
